Pacific Vision Care, Optometric Services, Inc. Offers Newest Vision Correction Technology to Patients

Dr. Derrick E. Woo, O.D., is excited to announce the newest advancement in vision care performed here at Pacific Vision Care, Optometric Services, Inc., Corneal Refractive Therapy. This procedure is an alternative to LASIK, and is referred to as Paragon CRT, uses a specially designed contact lens that is worn while the patient sleeps. The patient who is using Paragon CRT would wear a pair of contact lenses to normalize his vision, in much the same way that a person would wear dental retainers at night to normalize the teeth. This therapy provides improved vision during the waking hours without contact lenses, glasses, or LASIK surgery for as long as the procedure is continued.

Paragon CRT has been proven to be safe and effective for patients of all ages.

This therapy has earned the first and only FDA approval for nighttime use. The results are no more scratched lenses, no more broken frames, and no more discomfort from contact lens induced dry eyes. Paragon CRT corrects nearsightedness (myopia) with or without moderate astigmatism. There are no age restrictions so this is the ideal vision correction for active adolescents and sports players.

Please email us, if you have more questions about our Paragon CRT which is the best alternative to Lasik eye surgery.
